Exit Planning

Exit Planning outlines strategies for transition to post-school destinations and begins in year 10. Students in years 10 to 13 review and adjust their Pathway Plans at the start of each year and then discuss these with their parents/guardians during Individual Education Planning meetings. As students approach their final year of schooling an Exit Plan is established in collaboration with the student, parent/guardian, teacher, Transition Coordinator and Senior School Deputy Principal. The Exit Plan outlines the strategies and steps that each individual will take to support the student transition from school into a meaningful pathway.
